Can I Return My Order?
Yes. Register the item(s) you wish to return through our online returns portal ( Click Here )
Once your return is approved, a return label will be emailed to you.
Returns must be registered and received back within 14 days of the delivery date.
We will happily exchange your item or issue a refund for all or part of your order.
Are Purchases Final Sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.

Can I Buy Now and Pay Later?
Yes. We offer Klarna, which allows you to spread your payment over a period of time.
Do I Have to Pay Import Duty?
Orders shipped within Canada and to the United States are duty free, so there are no extra charges.
International orders (outside Canada and the US) may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These are determined by your local customs office and are outside of our control. We always provide the correct paperwork with your order, but we cannot be held responsible for how long your order takes to clear customs.
Please note that you are responsible for paying any import charges on international orders.
Can I Cancel My Order?
We process orders quickly to make sure you receive your items as fast as possible. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to amend or cancel it.
We do offer returns. Items must be registered on our returns portal and received back within 14 days of delivery. Please keep your proof of postage until your return is confirmed via email.
Can I Exchange My Order?
We offer direct size exchanges on the same product. If you would like a completely different product, return your original item and place a new order. Depending on the option you choose during the returns process, we will either issue store credit as soon as your return is approved or refund your original payment method.
